Once we have identified what has been creating your energy imbalance, including elements like lifestyle, eating habits, events, emotions and environment, it becomes much easier for you to maintain the balance of your energy over time.

 

You become free to create an empowered lifestyle that will serve you best. You may wish to add new habits around exercise, nutrition, career, and self-care and eliminate old habits that no longer serve you.

 

You may reach the Planning Stage at your first or second session, depending on how ready you are for it – everyone is different and on their own path of healing. Planning is often homework for you to do on your own, but if you need help communicating with higher parts of yourself, both body and soul, I can assist you on your planning journey as well.
